Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa

Beautiful and clean resort. It's big, yet cozy, as if you are visiting Dolly's home. The grounds are well kept. They have a restaurant inside the resort. One waitress was a bit rude, but overall good service. I would suggest that the restaurant have more vegan / vegetarian options. Definitely worth considering. We would return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DreamMore Resort is truly the perfect getaway. If you’re looking for peaceful serenity, this is the place for you and your family. The resort is surrounded by rolling foothills and tall mountain peaks, creating a beautiful backdrop with classic country charm. Everything was exceptionally clean—even the small cracks and crevices were spotless. My key card worked every time, and I felt completely safe with security present throughout the property. Every employee I encountered was smiling and welcoming, and hand sanitizer was conveniently placed at every doorway. The rooms were full of thoughtful comfort upgrades, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were incredibly soft. An all-around excellent stay—highly recommended!

Beautiful resort! The rooms are very clean as well as the buildings and the grounds. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We had a family suite for two parents, a grandmother and a 3 year old child. This allowed us to have two bathrooms which was wonderful. The main bedroom had a king size bed and the second adjoining bedroom had a full size pullout sofa. This setup worked wonderfully for a family. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. Resort has a lot to offer. The trolley to the amusement park was great.

Truly beautiful resort with incredible food and outstanding service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There was some confusion with our tickets and the front desk helped us out immediately. The only downside was our toilet didn't work and nothing was open after 10. We got there later and would have enjoyed being able to play in the arcade or the pool. The trolley driver was wonderful and helpful! Definite perk of being at the hotel.

Love, Love, Love Dream More Resort & Spa! We go to Dollywood every year and have since 2017 and have always chosen to stay at Dream More and wouldn’t have it any other way! The staff is amazing and very accommodating to families of all kinds including those with special needs children, such as mine! Camp DW is wonderful for the kiddos and the fun activities are great! The indoor pool and arcade are an added bonus, as well as the playground and outdoor pool! Decorations and atmosphere are always stunning! It has a cozy, warm, inviting feel The Pantry located inside the resort is super convenient as well as the gift shop! I love that you can purchase the tickets at the resort rather than doing so at Dollywood! One of the best features of staying at DreamMore Resort & Spa is the fact that included is trolley to and from Dollywood Theme Park!! All you have to do is go down to the lobby and out the door get on the trolley it takes you right to the park, and when you’re ready to go back to the resort, it takes you right back! It takes the stress off of everything for you!! I can’t say enough good things about DreamMore Resort & Spa. It truly is a dream to stay there. Tia and Kathy at front desk/lobby staff during the day and Miss Rhonda on staff during the night are my favorite ladies there! I just love the 3 of them! If you have never stayed at Dollywoods Dream More Resort & Spa, you must give it a try I promise you you won’t be disappointed and I can just about guarantee, you will never stay anywhere else while visiting Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, TN!!!!

Probably the nicest hotel and room I've stayed in, but the price reflected it. Stayed right before Christmas and my family loved the decorations and atmosphere. Would love to come back during the summer for the pool. The entire place was really clean and smelled fresh. Games in the lobby The kids camp was closed the two days we were there. The ice maker on the 5th floor was out of service. Activities throughout the day, but some events cost extra. IN DOLLY WE TRUST

Really upset that there were several events on ground, the weekend we attended and were not told of them or to book these separate from reservation since it seems everything on grounds would be for guest first. Lots of employees attended. A lot off miscommunication the whole 4 days there. Pretty in disappointing but the resort is beautiful, the bar food is delicious, buffet not so much. But all in all delightful weekend

I had an amazing stay at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel truly valued as guests. Bed was comfortable and very quite. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with a great bed and a relaxing layout. The entire resort was clean and beautifully maintained, giving off a cozy but upscale mountain-resort feel. The pool and common areas were well kept and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The convenience to Dollywood is a huge bonus and made our trip stress-free. Overall, this was a top-notch experience and absolutely worth it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
